We were dealing with an absolute nightmare, including 3 separate leaks in our kitchen ceiling and one underneath the kitchen floor. Jake and his Dad came by and not only fixed the leaks, but stayed longer to ensure our water pressure was returned to normal. They provided us with the best service we’ve had by a long way, and were both great value for their work and very thorough in completing the job. Would definitely recommend to anyone having difficulties, as for a while we did not know who to call. Great people and great at what they do, cheers again guys. Jake and his colleague were absolutely brilliant! We needed a gas safety certificate done and we mentioned a couple of strange noises that had come from the system for a few years despite another company regularly servicing the system. Jake knew what it was straight away and explained it. He gave us an estimate, ordered the parts and had it fixed quickly. Noises gone and no issues since! I have used React4 on a couple of occasions now, firstly to do a full boiler service and then to fit a new bathroom suite. Both times the service has been second to none, the engineers have been prompt, professional and great value! With the bathroom it was slightly trickier than originally thought, but the expert advice the team provided and their can do attitude gave me great confidence and the finished result is amazing! Would highly reccomend and will definitely be using React4 again!

I had a slow leak in the kitchen so I called the team and left a message as it was late one evening. Jake came back to me within the hour and was round to sort the kitchen taps and piping the very next day. Very impressed with the customer service, responsiveness and quality. They also also tightened and sealed the bathroom taps for no extra cost. Pukka job, neat and tidy and there was no mess to come home to.
