We used Reg’s Coaches to take a group to Windsor last weekend. They were excellent from start to finish. Gillian the admin was very responsive and helpful and our coach driver Louise could not have been more accomodating on the day. This made for a very happy trip and we would not hesitate to use them again. Looking through other reviews I can’t believe some of the comments. Fancy awarding just 1 star because they no longer do regular day trips that that person went on and enjoyed! Keep doing what you are doing, Reg’s coaches. We have already been in touch with regards to booking another trip!

Hired Reg's coaches for my wedding day - to escort guests from the ceremony to the reception. Do not have a bad word to say about them, really polite to deal with, and even put a ribbon on the bus for us. Arrived on time & the lady driving did a great job turning the bus round in the tiny village where the reception was - she got a round of applause! Thanks!

Appaling company, do not use! I can not rate this company poorly enough! The staff are rude and officious. The service is slow, dirty, expensive and usually late. It's such a shame that the previous bus service was cancelled and the council replaced it with this terrible poorly performing company

Driver turned up at the school early and couldn't be bothered to wait, so in his infinite wisdom and one can only assume in line with his company, decided to drive off before the kids came out of school. Not only did this driver and this company leave god knows how many children stranded at their school with no thought of how these kids were going to get home, they didn't bother to inform the parents that their kids were abandoned so that the parents could at least try and get their children home safely. This company is only interested in the money and will leave your child stranded miles from home without a second thought, just like they did mine and everyone else's today. If it was possible to review minus stars, that's what you would have got today
