Avoid. They have extortionate billing practices where they cancel direct debits then charge you for late fees and refuse to remove even though removed from their side. There are so many more friendly companies that don't seek to just extort you.

sometimes when a company becomes large enough it gets filled by useless pencil pushers and Regus is an example of that. On our floor 2 out 3 male toilets don't work (for 2 months now), tap water is broken, half of the heaters in our office are constantly on regardless of settings and everything takes forever to fix: approval, requires approval that requires review etc. etc. Can't wait for us to move somewhere else.

Great space to work in. The receptionist is incredibly helpful and friendly. There is a roof terrace on the top floor which is a bonus. The only downside are the toilets which are faulty / tired.

Be careful when signing agreement, Read T&C thoroughly, sales person just try to sell and don't care about anything else. You can not cancel agreement if you sign for instance 3 month or 6 months...no flexibility. We raise the case through online account/help and received call from them explained not possible to cancel. Sales person also threatened us If we don’t pay Regus will send to debt collector
