Found this little shop by chance but wasn't disappointed. They have so many brands to choose from and have loads of sunscreens that I wanted too. I have seen the negative reviews of this place but the staff were just really friendly, handed me a basket and let me shop around. Would definitely come here again

The staff should know how to work in retail, the same girl in probably 1 minute asked me at least 3 times if I needed help or I was looking for something ( which everytime I politely replied that i was just browsing), and kept following me while I was looking around. I work in retail as well and I would never dare to be this harassing with a customer, it feels uncomfortable and make you want to leave without purchasing anything.

Great selection of quality Japanese skincare and makeup. Prices are sometimes a bit marked up and overall can be more expensive than shopping online. But, in my experience they always have good promotions or free gifts with your purchase, and the staff is super friendly and helpful with their recommendations. Would recommend if you want to try different products that are harder to find in the UK market.
