Definitely feel like I dnt get help support workers pointless!! Called up multiple times needed help for self contained flat been stabbed tht person gone!! Live with a man whom thinks he can either bust through my bedroom door!! Went to use the bathroom followed me in the bathroom and than proceed to sit on the bath tub and telling me go ahead and use the toilet whilst on was in the bathroom 😡😡😡

I'm currently under them I'll be honest I ain't seen no help but hindering I can't comment on the other comments people have written as that's there experiences but I know one thing if they are violently agressing towards Tenant's then at least I am made aware of this by other people. I got my Tenancy Agreement do I haven't had an issue there personally myself but I will make sure if they ever try and see me I'll have my Recording Device on and believe me if I get even 1 bit of an Attitude I'll have it sent straight to a Director of Housing and say look at all my Complaints and what was Ignored and then listen to this Reliance how they speak to Tenant's you mark my words if they was thinking of being Aggressive and I say if they won't now

Awful company, previously tax evading as well as diverting homless benifits of its tenants. Bad governance ratings barely meet the requirements if they reach them at all to even work as a supported housing company. Edit. Has now taken the side of a landlord who is actively hiding evidence of them denying peoples rights and is violently agressing towards tenants
