Just a few hundred metres along the A66 from its junction with the A1 at Scotch Corner and you turn through an imposing gateway onto the Sedbury estate. Follow the signposting along a beautiful woodland drive with great views and you arrive at the lovely grade II listed Stables. You can't miss The Smithy here where Renné are based. Their amazing shop has a breathtaking display of handmade collections of classic and eclectic jewellery. If what I've said so far warrants five stars, I need to give another five stars for Annie and Helen, business owners and creators of all the lovely jewellery. They are so charming, friendly and helpful. Go to Renné, you won't be disappointed!
