I had broken down. I called breakdown cover. I did not know i had £40 excess for every breakdown. I paid it. They started process of sending a rescue vehicle. Within 5 mins I was able to start my car. So did not required the rescue. I immediately called them to cancel the rescue vehicle. They say they will cancel it but still charge me excess money of £40. I think it totally unfair. I got the car started immediately after the call with them. I informed them immediately that I didn't needed rescue. They never turned up to rescue me. Still i was left out of pocket for no service. This company is a scam. Please do not use this company.

Awful service, wife left broke down for over 5 hours and because of initially saying to go to her place of work rather than home when she subsequently called 30 mins later was told there would be an additional charge now for £95, there very efficient at taking your money and completely inefficient at everything else, don't go with them, pay the extra and go with someone decent. Unfortunately I have to give them 1 star as you can't leave it blank.

Had to wait for 4-5 hours with infant and 3 kids under 10 in the car for flat tyres in Loughton area. I was told to send the kids and family to safe location at my own expanse. For more than two hours they were not able to find any agent in the Loughton area. and then after about one hour on the call, they arranged recovery which took another over 2 hours to come and recover. Would not recommend any more.
