I had the pleasure of participating in an alpaca walk with Charlotte at Reuthe's, and it was an absolute delight! From start to finish, Charlotte's knowledge, kindness, and genuine passion for alpacas shone through, making this experience truly memorable. Charlotte's expertise in all things alpaca was truly impressive. She possessed an extensive understanding of these gentle creatures, their habits, and their needs. Throughout the walk, she eagerly shared fascinating information, engaging stories, and patiently answered all our questions. Her wealth of knowledge added a deeper layer of appreciation and understanding to the entire encounter, leaving us feeling enriched by the experience. What truly stood out about Charlotte was her exceptional kindness and friendliness. From the moment we met, she greeted us with a warm smile and a genuine eagerness to share her love for alpacas. Her genuine care and affection for these animals was evident in her every interaction. Not only did she ensure that the alpacas were comfortable and well-cared for, but she also made sure that we felt welcome, valued, and at ease throughout the entire walk. Charlotte's passion for alpacas was palpable and contagious. Her enthusiasm and love for these creatures were evident in every word she spoke and every gesture she made. Her dedication to fostering a connection between people and alpacas was truly inspiring. She took the time to introduce us to each alpaca by name, sharing their unique personalities and endearing quirks. Witnessing her genuine joy and devotion made the entire experience all the more special. The alpaca walk at Reuthe's was an enchanting experience. Walking alongside these gentle and graceful animals amidst the beautiful surroundings was truly magical. The alpacas themselves exuded a serene energy, and being able to interact with them, pet their soft fleece, and observe their gentle nature up close was an incredible privilege. It was a moment of tranquility and connection with nature that left a lasting impression. Thank you Charlotte

Got there nice and early on a Sunday in Spring so the gardens were all to ourselves and lots of blooms. It was beautiful. The farmers market wasn't so much a farmers market but an interesting mix of stalls. Got some lovely cakes and had a cuppa and a breakfast bap from the cafe. Reasonably priced refreshments, only £3 to get in and the staff were really friendly. Will return with my nieces as there is an eye spy trail with lots of hidden woodland treasures and kids go in free 🙌🏻

We were lucky to have found this gem! Amazing place with really friendly and helpful staff! We went during half term and they went out of their way to make sure we had a great time, staff was fantastic with kids. Young man who does the alpaca experience deserves special recognition as he did everything to ensure all kids had a go, that they were all happy and showed incredible understanding and knowledge. Would definitely be going back and totally recommend it!

We booked the alpaca experience to share with our granddaughter and had a lovely trek through the woods with the very well behaved Nuzzle and Scratch! Keira, our guide, was very friendly and knowledgeable and made sure we were all included. There were lots of opportunities for questions and photos and we were able to feed the alpacas by hand on their return to the pen. We all loved it and I'm sure we will be returning another time.

A lovely place to visit! Took my nephew for the Easter egg hunt, adults and children alike enjoyed the experience and even without it, the gardens are a beautiful spot shall certainly visit again when everything is in full bloom!
