Very friendly and helpful. I went in to get my phone fixed after having called them and getting a quote, which was confirmed when I arrived. The fix was to get my phone screen replaced and they did this in 30 minutes while I waited. The cost was half the price of another place and they were kind enough to throw in a screen protector at minimal extra cost.

AVOID AT ALL COST !!! Item Never arrived and the seller just sends you a FAKE tracking number that says it's been delivered but after walking into the post office and questioning the transaction, they confirmed that this tracking number is invalid! what a shame! plenty more gadget shops that will happily respond and try to resolve the matter instead of ghosting everything *Update* 13/11/2021 Saying a review is fake is a poor excuse to address the situation at hand, as a customer, i clearly have had an issue with the service you have provided so instead of being unprofessional and making insane assumptions "fake reviews" people are more than happy to contact me to know that i am genuine and i'll happily show them proof of purchase and ALL emails sent between myself and the royal mail Do the right thing and refund me the item that never made it to my address P.s thank you for replying to this public google review comment. Charged me £5 for case and cover then when I went again charged me £10 just because I didn’t ask for price before. Replying to response. I bought same screen which you charged me £2 for then you charged me £5 for it and This is just because I didn’t ask the price before. I probably wouldn’t try justify yourself when you’re blatantly trying to screw me over for a £5.
