I only take my sneakers to the man him self. So what if there is a delay in response what you got to understand is when someone is taking their time in replying especially when it's a small bussiness Its very mentality draining not having time to your self you always need some personal time away from everything We are all humans we cannot expect everyone to be on their phones all the time last time I checked it's a bussiness working on operating hours and not 24 hours. When ever I give my shoes in I can be assured they are cleaned to the highest standard and with the right chemicals. Taking your shoes to a guy who gives quicker response because you don't have the patience for quality is your fault. Great work highly recommend You got to expect wait times as your getting quality and your not getting a average clean where their working on quantity and not quality.
