Alasdair listened to our requirements, made relevant suggestions, didn’t ‘oversell’, provided the quotation quickly and, most importantly, we didn’t feel under pressure to choose RGM to complete the work. On the day of installation Alasdair and his colleague turned up on time, (despite snowy and icy roads), completed the job efficiently and at the quoted price. My son had a frozen condensate pipe on his boiler. The lady who answered the phone told him how to fix it and booked him in for a call out that day in case he couldn't. He fixed it himself following her instructions and when he called back to cancel the call out she was pleased for him and cancelled the job with absolutely no fuss at all. So good to find a genuine helpful tradesperson. RGM will be our first contact for any future work needed. Thank you.
