I highly recommend Mr Ali for rhinoplasty, or in my case revision rhinoplasty. I came to Mr Ali after having two previous surgeries somewhere else that left my nose looking swollen, skew, and overall bad. Mr Ali told me that he would be able to fix my nose, and I was able to book an appointment soon after! My recovery period was great and Mr Ali's PA Laura was amazing throughout, she answered any questions I had and was super friendly. It was really amazing to have her throughout this experience, she has been so helpful! I had my cast removed 9 days post-op, and I was so happy with the result and couldn't believe how great my nose finally looked! I can't thank Dr Ali enough for his expertise, I wish I had done this sooner! :)

I chose Mr Ali for my nose surgery because his work on other people looked skilful and professional, not just prettier noses, but complete reconstructions. I was very concerned about complications - I know it's rare, but a bad surgery can be life changing. The price was in the mid point of quotes I had. Although the offices & surgery are in Harley Street, they weren't the most luxurious I saw. If I wanted to document it all on social media I think I would have had a hard time making content. This was not a glamorous experience, it was no-nonsense and disciplined. Exactly what I wanted. The unsung hero in this story is Laura, his business manager. She is a dream to work with, whether it be scheduling appointments, sending through documents or following up on questions. She even checked in with me on the days either side of my surgery. It's been 2 weeks from the surgery and I'm happy to say I'm pleased with the results and the recovery time was surprisingly fast. Although the first few days were pretty bleak, 2 weeks in and my bruising has pretty much disappeared. I keep trying to find excuses to show it off. My only regret is that I didn't do this sooner.

Why didn’t I get this done 25 years sooner 😭 I would have saved so much time on feeling self conscious about my nose - that’s my only regret. But I promise you it’s never too late to get such a confidence boost! I actually searched nose surgeons on and off for years, I even went for several consultations with surgeons, who felt that there was little point in trying to fix my nose as my result may not be much different. I required a nose reduction and a septoplasty for deviated septum. They suggested I find specialist rhinoplasty surgeons for a second opinion in London or America! I thought I’d search closer to home and randomly came across Dr Ali’s website and his reviews were awesome. I phoned his secretary who was AMAZING, reassuring, informative and really passionate about Dr Ali’s work and the results she had witnessed. I decided by the end of the call that this was the dream team I wanted!! My surgery and aftercare wasn’t painful at all. It was uncomfortable in the initial healing stages obviously because you have to wear a splint and it can feel a little restrictive. I got chance to binge watch a lot of Netflix post surgery :) Approx 3 months later and I’m currently in the healing stages. My nose is looking awesome so far! Still some mild swelling but as you’ll know it can take a while for the nose to fully heal and you have to be patience. But I’m so happy so far - I can’t stop looking in the mirror! Dr Ali has got the shape and angle so perfectly but without it drastically changing my face- which is exactly what I wanted. Some people haven’t even noticed my nose, but people that know me well are super impressed. I know my results will improve even further over the months. I have had a little infection in one of my internal stitches but this is no one’s fault. As soon as I told Laura and Dr Ali they sorted me treatment / prescription straight away and even directed it to my local pharmacy. If I could give you one tip it is to book as much time off work as you can. I only booked 12 days off but wish I’d have booked 3 weeks off as I was tired and also self conscious of bruising. The tip was very tender in the initial weeks so be careful in busy areas. It does get better each month. Trust the process. Dr Ali and Laura are the dream team! They have kept in touch to review. Dr Ali is calm professional and with integrity. He is a master in his skill! And Laura (PA) is an absolute sunshine! Always happy to help and stay in touch, plus she is super funny and caring. I could go on but my thumbs are aching now. But if you’re reading this, this is your sign to go for it! YOLO Thank you

The journey of having my nose done with Dr Ali has been amazing! So it all started with a call to Laura who was so professional, calming and such a lovely person. She put me at ease straight away and got on with assuring me it’s all ok to be concerned and immediately asked my availability and booked the consultation, giving me piece of mind and to receive the professional advise from Mr Ali. My sister and I wanted a rhinoplasty together. I did some research looking at Mr Khalid Ali previous work history and before and after results. Based on his pre and post surgery pics, he stood out to me above other surgeons. I could tell that this was someone I wanted to do our noses and complete our journey with. We were booked in no time, went to London for a consultation, and this man knew exactly what we wanted to have done. He advised and listened to both of us and he made me realise that what I didn’t like about my nose was right ( I have previously had a rhinoplasty before 10years ago). As I said before, Laura was my calming influence throughout this whole process and has been by our side all the way through out our journey. I can honestly say I have been lifted up and have been made to feel so special and for more piece of mind Laura is always at hand with any questions I have…. These two are the perfect combo! Literally had our casts off our nose yesterday afternoon and we are both over the moon with the results, swelling is still present and will take a while to fully go down but, you can see the magic work he has created on our faces. I highly recommend Mr Ali if you are thinking about getting rhinoplasty. From my first consulation with Mr Ali until after the procedure he treat me with so much respect and dignity, he always listened to my concerns and I never once felt pressured to go ahead with the procedure. He gave me as much time as I needed to make a decision on whether or not I felt the surgery was the right thing for me. I had quite a lot of anxiety pre-operation due to fear of the unknown but he always put my mind at ease, explained things fully and gave me plenty of information to help me come to a decision. I had regular contact with Mr Ali's secretary- Laura, who was also amazing and explained things thoroughly to me and took time with me and saw how anxious I was, she always put how I felt into consideration and no question was ever too much to ask. I went ahead with the procedure which was closed rhinoplasty to remove a bump from the bridge of my nose, after the procedure I had very minimal swelling and bruising, I was giving profalatic antibiotics, pain medication and a nasal spray. I had very very minimal pain, so little I didn't feel the need to use pain relief. Laura was on hand to answer any questions I had about the after care and responsed almost immediately- thank you laura! And Mr Ali removed my cast to reveal absolutely amazing results! What used to be my biggest insecurity is now something I feel so happy to show. It seems so trivial to be so concerned about a small feature on your face but when its something you're considerably insecure about it takes up a lot of your self esteem. I am beyond grateful for my experience with Mr Ali and his team; I felt so comfortable and safe and well looked after. Mr Ali is extremely professional and really takes into account how you feel and what your concerns are, you can very clearly see he has great passion for what he does, I believe patient experience really matters to him- that's how I felt. I found Dr Khalid Ali via Google and he was one of four that I called, after reading reviews and checking various websites and before and after pictures. His assistant, Clare, was very friendly and understood my reasoning for wanting to have surgery. I decided to book a consultation with Mr Ali. He was very professional and talked me through the Septo Rhinoplasty and what was going to be done. The consultation and a further video consultation reassured me and made me feel at ease that my goals were going to be met. Clare was great and she responded promptly to emails, texts and calls. I had a few questions before and after the surgery and she dealt with them positively. I underwent surgery at Harley Street. The facilities were nice and all went well. It's been 3 weeks since my surgery and I am delighted with the results. Dr Ali achieved what I asked for and I was really happy to see the change. I definitely feel better. I'm told I will see further improvements as time goes on and the swelling around the tip reduces. All in all, I'm really pleased with the outcome and I would recommend Khalid Ali to anyone wanting to have rhinoplasty. Thank you.

Dr Ali changed my life, confidence and has made me feel a happier man. After 2 previous nose jobs that left me with a ski slope at the bottom of my nose and barely any cartilage left I knew I had to try and get this sorted. After reading reviews and doing lots of research I was lucky enough to find Dr Ali, he has changed the whole shape of my nose to bring it level with my face and no slope left. He made me feel at ease throughout and my surgery went so smoothly. Thank you for everything, highly highly recommend! :) :)
