Wow! Where to begin. From the moment we walked in there was no welcoming atmosphere. There was no real explanation if the dresses we were looking at were the only ones available or could be ordered in correct size. Staff were not attentive just left us to it. The dresses themselves were not good quality and were overpriced. Tried on 2 dresses which my daughter didn’t even want to come out the dressing room. The owner was flapping around but again wasn’t really interested in asking if we were ok. Felt like we shouldn’t be there even though we had an appointment. We left rather sharpish and went elsewhere. We came from Kent and chose RiRi’s due to the reviews. Don’t always trust what you read! Very disappointed and felt very sad

From the first appointment in February 2022 when my step-daughter started looking for her dream prom dress, to the last appointment when we picked up the dress, all the ladies at RiRi's have been absolutely wonderful. I especially need to thank Ria, Gemma and Frankie who went above and beyond to make sure my step-daughter was looked after and was happy with her choice. Frankie was lovely, chatting to my step-daughter (who was nervous) the whole time, and made her feel completely at ease and as the appointment went on I could see my step-daughter enjoying the experience more and more! Gemma and Ria have been so professional and efficient in making sure the dress was delivered on time and that everything was 100% perfect, which it was. The boutique is beautiful, with extensive choice of dresses, all of which are absolutely gorgeous! The girls trying on dresses are made to feel like princesses and all the ladies that work at RiRi's do a wonderful job, considering it must be very tiring at times and also stressful. However, everyone who works there is extremely professional, with one goal in mind - to make sure each girl leaves with the biggest smile on their faces with their dream dress in their hands. Thanks again to everyone at RiRi's - my step-daughter looked amazing and had a fantastic time at her prom wearing her stunning dress! I highly recommend RiRi's for special occasion dresses.
