    I met Rakesh when I was in shock following news of a family death. He offered to do some work on my shoulders because I was carrying a lot of grief. It felt really good. Afterwards I felt a bit sore and fragile so took some arnica and slept soundly. Next day Rakesh noticed I was still quite caught up and offered some more work on my right shoulder. He released knots and I felt very grateful. But I didn’t realise the benefit of his work was going to continue to affect me.
