Russ, in particular, brought me up to speed with the arrangements and procedures and was the epitome of professionalism - but much more importantly, so genuinely kind and engaging. I felt real warmth and concern for my well being, and he gave me my mothers wedding ring at a very timely moment which I appreciated.

This company is superb. Russ Taw has recently helped me with a very sudden and shocking passing of my brother at an all too young age, and he couldn't of been more helpful. I never thought I would be in the position of arranging an event like this, and had no idea what to do, but Russ and everyone else in the office guided me through every step of the way, and were never pushy with any detail. He was at hand whenever I called or emailed, and I would highly recommend this company. I needed my brothers service to be personalised to him, and Russ made this very easy and do able, thank you!
