Easy ordering and a good price is only part of the requirements. I placed an order for some shelving on 4th August and communications and information about delivery had to be prompted and when they did respond they were wrong causing me to take the day off work to receive a delivery that never came. I chased up by phone and was told that there was noone in the department to take my call and they would leave a message and someone would get back to me - they didn't. I have chased again but their communication and delivery information needs much improvement as my reliability is influenced by my suppliers reliability. Reliable delivery information and communications must be essential. I would not have ordered with them if I had known that this couldn't have been depended on. But if they can sort this, their prices certainly seem competitive.

These guys are great. I am based in London (I see they are in Middlesbrough) and I ordered a huge delivery of square tube at around 2:30pm on Wednesday and it arrived 9am the next day. Everything comes as described & well packaged. I've bought from them 4/5 times now and never any issues and would definitely recommend.
