You left my mother stranded after you where supposed to pick up 10pm . Never showed up . This is putting people/ elderly women at risk . This is unacceptable behaviour and needs addressing before something bad happens . You are a trusted service and should not leave your Customers abandoned without even so much a txt or reason .you need to have a chat with the people you employ.

My late father used the service for many years and it was amazing, however recently my uncle has found the service imossible to access. Even if he can get through, he hasn't been able to book an outbound AND a return journey. Why they think one way is helpful I'm not sure... Today the driver was rude to a member of his care team who was trying to help, causing a lot of distress and upset. He is now frightened to book with them in case they have a go at him. This is not acceptable.

I rely on this service to get out to appointments and afternoons and day out. The staff are reassuringly helpful and dependable. I've use the service for 6 years now and it gets better and better. And all for a couple of pounds a return journey. You can't beat it.
