It is claimed that they ring and ride take bookings from 9:30am. I have waited several hours for my phone call to be answered and I have discovered they don't pick up until 10:30 . If you leave your phone number they don't ring back despite their promises. They make mistakes with bookings sending a driver out a day early than booked. They say they cant manage pick ups despite only 3 people on the bus. Truly awful service that needs a total overhaul. Absolutely shocking!!
