Faultless. Picked up a nail in the sidewall of my Michelin Pilot Sport 4. Fortunately they are Tesla stockists and told me to come straight in. From phoning them to driving away with brand new tire was about 30 mins. This, on a Friday at about 2pm. Really helpful guys working there too.
