    Had the worst experience here. They told me incorrect information and from the first day of using the extension they broke and you can’t even return, only exchange (for them to do the same thing) when I emailed about my experience not once did they apologise! Girls please avoid here!!!

    I went here with a friend who was looking for a hair piece the girl behind the desk didn't even know how to apply it on my friends hair I showed her how to do it because the way she did it was terrible and i have a few toppers myself and know how to disguise them well. They do not know anything about hair as I was asking them about a very well known brand and they had no clue what I was saying. I suffer with hairloss myself and asked if I could try on a wig the lady went to get it down I said I wasnt going to buy it as I was curious as I've never worn a wig before I did tell thr woman I suffer with hairloss. I'd never worn one before if I liked it there could and would have been a strong chance I may have purchased it but the lady said she wouldn't allow me to try it on as its for customers who want to buy it.. I'd like to point out I'm not a child I'm In my 30s and this lady couldn't be bothered to pull it off the top shelf so she just sat on her bench reading her magazine teribble customer service how would you know if you would want something without trying ut on! My friend who was looking at the hair piece I will take her to s different shop as they clearly do not need the custom!

    The best hair I’ve ever bought out of a lot of mainstream competitors !!!! I’ve been wearing clip in for years, I’ve used Luxy hair, Beauty works and now riri. They are by far very, very premium quality and really do sell you remy hair! The hair is so high quality I’m genuinely in Love ! I bought 220g from beautyworks a year before, the RIRI hair I bought was 160g, how is so much more thicker ???? The hair is thick from root to the end , which a lot of hair company don’t stay consistent with . The Clips are so comfy, flat and don’t hurt your head like a lot of other clipins I’ve worn ! This is also the first hair out of all my “REMY” clip ins that don’t itch my skin. I assume the other clipins irritated my skin , because the hair wasn’t Remy, and was just lower quality human hair sold as remy . But amazing hair will be investing in some more to save for future !

    Really can’t believe this I paid £400 for two packs of human hair extensions, I took good care of them hang them up, no heat (even through there human hair) after two wears there ruined! They look awful and not like when I first bought them, I bought them in hope the lady would put them in for me after as she said both stores do this free of charge when purchasing the extensions all she did was write a guide on a piece of paper, I believe because my hair was so thick she didn’t want to bother putting them in because she knew they wouldn’t blend well, they don’t blend at all but still wore them because of the money I spent on them but now there unwearable what a joke really!!!!

    Customer service is terrible. Have a set of clearly faulty extensions, to the point where I can no longer wear them and Riri’s are completely ignoring all emails/messages from me. Will definitely not be recommending them to anybody. To add to this review, I finally got through to the company after a long period of time and organised to go into the store to discuss the matter. I went in and had a conversation with the store manager- Halina who denied an exchange for my faulty extensions and eventually accused us of being 'aggressive and threatening', and then stormed out of her own store. After leaving, we had a conversation with a younger member of staff who was helpful and looked into dealing with the extensions in a different way. After leaving the store, I received a DM saying that we had sworn and threatened Halina and that they would request CCTV footage. This was certainly not true and instead seemed like her way of dealing with the product faults- rather than honouring the exchange/refund. It eventually became clear, that I had been sold the products without being fully explained how to care for them and the fact that the clips fall off very easily- and as the customer, you should sew these back on yourself. Considering the price of these extensions, this is unacceptable and should not be the case. The staff were fully aware that this happens, but fail to explain this to customers and clearly do not how to deal with complaints when they arise. Considering the Instagram DM came from a member of staff who was not even present in the store and had not yet seen the CCTV, they were quick to accuse us. We then got on the phone to the company owner- Marie who was also highly accusatory over the phone, even though she was not there to witness it- only highlighting the incompetence of the company. I would urge everybody to avoid this highly unprofessional company at all costs and their staff who are unable to provide the expected customer service- especially Halina who walked out of the store, instead of communicating with customers in the appropriate way. It would seem from previous reviews as well that this company have a reputation for terrible customer service, save your money and look elsewhere.
