Wouldn't recommend. Not professional at all. Received an invoice for someone else's valuation, surveyor arrived late, next day got an email saying they would not value the property after I found and sent multiple examples of properties within a 2 mile radius that were valued and sold for the same as I was expecting mine to be - they didn't agree that within 2 miles was acceptable for comparison?? Complete waste of time.
