Paid £350 cash for a Freesat installation. Asked for a second feed to the rear of the house which he said he would do when the extension we were building was complete. Builders had to move the dish slightly and it required two more holes drilling to secure it. So the conversation began there will be a charge for drilling two holes... then he said Oh I'll do that for free. Then he said there will be a charge for ... I paid in advance for a service and he didn't provide it. I would stay well clear of this bloke
