As a local in Abingdon, I can say these guys are among the top level removal companies in the area. All positive experience on our house moving. Unlike small companies which might be excellent in the work but don't have the capacity to handle large amount of customers, Robinsons does a great quality work and has the capacity to answer to requests that are urgent. Such quality is irreplaceable and make them outstanding. Will use again for sure. Shaun.

I will happily change my review if Robinsons can finish the service I paid them for. They have not been responsive and have left me to deal with the subcontractor they hired in the USA on my own who have questionable and deceptive business practices. My initial experiences with Robinsons were excellent so I’m highly disappointed my goods are being held while their sub contractor charges me $$$ to delay delivery of my goods. It’s been over a month since my shipment arrived in the USA and I have not had an update.

Called, talked to Matt who seemed really good and happy to book us in and was promised a moving date and a call back for video quote. A week went by, no sign of Matt calling so I called back. Matt was "busy". Another day went by. Called by his manager who without apology just said we're too busy now, sorry. Unacceptable, unprofessional and didn't really seem to care when I highlighted just how unprofessional it was. Would have given zero stars if I could.
