AVOID AVOID AVOID! Purchased a voucher for a tattoo session for my husband as a birthday gift. After many attempts to book a session (emails no one replied to and phone calls no one was answering) we finally received a date of his tattoo session. He had to take a day off work and travel 45mins to the appointment just to find out the studio was closed and of course no one was picking up the phone to give him any information. Again, no reply to our emails. Eventually we had to go though paypal to get our money back. I'm not sure if the company is going out of business but it definitely seems like no one cares about the customers anymore. I also heard they don't pay their tattoo artists. Please, and I can't stress this enough, do not waste your time and money. Tattoos are for life and they should be done by someone trustworthy. Huge disappointment.

Would give 0 stars if i could. Was informed my artist no longer worked at the shop so was offered another one, i didn't want to book with this artist so tried to get in touch but no answer from anyone. I was hoping to get a refund but from other reviews it doesn't seem like that is going to happen and even if i had wanted the other artist they offered there was no one to answer my messages to actually arrange that. Overall terrible and i'm now out £170

Dan did a great job. Very professional and communicative before and after consultation. My tattoo is beautiful, the artist’s bedside manner was fantastic, the studio was fantastically well kept and stylised. Highly recommend. 2 weeks later I am still waiting for them to get back to me with a price and date availability (maybe 1/2 a day isn't enough money for them?) popped into salon (I was in the area), but all bookings done through head office, got the feeling they didn't care. Still there are plenty of other salons that will be glad of upwards of £300. Needless to say I am now going somewhere else.

Do not give refunds. Been waiting for 5 weeks now for a refund on a piercing service I could not go through on (no fault to the piercer, she was absolutely wonderful but she was guesting so not part of the shop). No return on emails at all and phone number is useless. Have had to raise issue with PayPal! Glad I paid via PayPal otherwise my money would be lost. Awful!
