The requested alteration was to shorten a new dress. I had pinned the hem roughly in position to indicate the desired length. The hem is now uneven which is obvious from the looking at the pattern at the bottom of the dress. As the dress has a line pattern this could have been followed to achieve an even hem. I will not use this service again. I am disappointed. Service: Alterations
