We have recently moved into one of ROK Marsh's managed letting properties. The process from start to finish has been professional, quick and easy - the latter two points being even more impressive as it all took place over the Christmas period! Danielle Kelley has been wonderful, reaching out at all key times and communicating exactly what is taking place - be it from initial viewing to right to rent checks. ROK Marsh, though relatively new to the industry, seems to have the correct formula of "best practice" really with their clients in mind (both landlords AND tennants). They pleasantly surprised us by being so tech-forward, from their communication style and the right to rent checks. They have made a usually stressful time a lot simpler and easy to manage.
