Amazing Nursery ! I would definitely recommend to anyone ! The nursery is great and the staff and management are so friendly and helpful. My son first start attending when he was 2 and was then diagnosed with ASD the staff were really supportive and took care of him so well! I always felt at ease leaving him at nursery knowing he was being well looked after by staff who truly cared. He is now 8 years old and has gone back to their Holiday Club. In 6 years we’ve never had any issues and he loves attending! He is always counting down to the next school holiday. Thank you so much !

My son has developed so much within the last year with his understanding, communication and creativity, and always looks forward to going to nursery. I would like to thank the staff for the feedback and working with my son so closely and giving updates. I would like to thank the Owner for understanding my financial situation, and has supported me to aid my son so that he can attend nursery. This has not been an easy decision to make and I wish my circumstances could be different so that my son could continue to come to nursery. You have all impacted my son's life in ways I will never forget.

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! Absolutely disgusted by this nursery. My son has been attending for a year and this summer holiday I changed his days to fit around work, as confirmed by the manager Jacqui. I was then told, after the fact at the end of the month, that I will be billed for a full 5 days when he was only attending 2 for the majority of the summer. I questioned this on the Monday and told the staff not to claim his 15 hours until I had spoken to the manager, I asked she called me on the Tuesday, she did not. I was told by a nursery nurse Crystal she won’t call me and if I want to speak to her I would have to call her. On Friday I took my son to nursery as normal. The staff watched me settle him and then a nursery nurse, not even senior member of staff, pulled me into the office and told me they had terminated Frazier’s contract and he could not stay that day. The nursery had a minimum of 3 days to call me and tell me this during the week. I had a exam this morning and work after, both of which I missed. It is looking like I will have to take a year out of uni in order to sit this exam next June. I put this solely on this nursery and the awful communication. This is not about money, I have always payed my fees three months in advance at the start of each term and I am up to date as it stands today. The communication at this nursery is absolutely awful and I feel they have done this because they know full well I was right about the fees situation and I called them out on it. I would never ever reccomend this nursery to anyone. AVOID!!
