Been with practise alot of years but after pandemic, service has been shocking. Ive sat patiently waiting to be invited to make an appointment (with 2 broken teeth) but then before christmas was told they were going private after xmas and there was no nhs appointments available. I didnt know what to do, im a nervous patient anyway. Anyway ive now got a loose crown at the front so made an emergency appointment £55 later i walked out with no treatment as he didnt want to damage the crown but im sure eating on is even worse and they cant get me in until 18th july needless to say i now have cancelled my appointment for july an ive have an appontmment next week with another dentist. So why are they advertising for new customers when they cant deal with the old ones.

Took my daughter for her appointment Only to be told they canceled it as it was no longer required.... Thanks for not telling me. Wasted petrol, time off work for me, school time for the little one and lost out on car park money. Best bit was apparently I was booked for a day my dentist doesn't even work. Not impressed.

This dentist is really shocking... I've tried to book 3 times I believe over a year period and each time I've booked on the morning of the appointment I get a call to say the dentist has phoned in sick.. They have no backup plans and leave you to just wait another 3 months before cancelling again. Little care is given in your concerns and I don't think they value their customers as well. My children have been ages without check ups because of the slack service
