I am a big fan of Rosa’s Thai, one of my favourite restaurants in London! I’ve been visiting the restaurant in Angel for ages! Visited the Soho restaurant this evening (typing this review just as I leave)- and it is the worst service I’ve ever experienced. We weren’t greeted when we arrived. We ordered three Rosa’s iced teas, and were served only one- when asked the waitress who looked like she didn’t care said we are out of iced teas and this is the last one available. I’m not sure why we weren’t informed of this when we ordered it? I then ordered a Diet Coke which wasn’t served to me( and later billed for it, which I then asked to be rectified) We were 3 of us at the table and asked for tap water, we were just served 2 glasses of water for 3 people! The food was good as usual. But we didn’t enjoy our meal AT ALL. I’m extremely disappointed with the service and sadly won’t be visiting the Rosa’s anymore.
