  I am the mother of the Bride and I accompanied my Daughter to Rose's Bridal Boutique. Such a wonderful experience for us both. Donna and her team were brilliant 😍.. Welcoming and fun too. The seamstress took up the length and was perfect on collection. Would highly recommend. Thankyou Rose's Bridal Boutique!

  If you want to try on lots of dresses this is absolutely the place for you! From the start Donna was very energetic regarding dress shopping for us this felt quite overwhelming. I would recommend avoiding this shop if you have body confidence issues or are a plus size bride. Donna prides herself on being brutally honest which she is so if you aren't sensitive or insecure then absolutely the shop for you. For reference I am a high street 16/18. For me I have left the experience not feeling beautiful but feeling insecure about aspects of my body that I never have before. I tried on numerous dresses and for the vast majority Donna would make reference to the dress making my hips look wide this happened very frequently and left me going away looking at other pictures and fixating on this new found insecurity. I appreciate Donna was being honest, I am honest myself but as it was repeated so many times it came across as really damaging to my self esteem. There were many dresses that Donna couldn't get me into so it was very difficult to visualize how the dress would look and I didn't leave feeling like I had a positive experience. In comparison to other bridal shops my mum was barely included and it felt like what we said we liked at the start wasn't particularly listened too and I frequently had to suggest showing my mum. I understand I could have said something at the time but I felt very overwhelmed and taken aback by the level of honesty that I was too shocked to be able to verbalise how it made me feel until after the event. Thankfully I went to another bridal shop before otherwise I would have felt even more deflated than I do now. Donna does amazing work for so many people but for me it wasn't a good fit.

  I visited Saturday, with the intention of trying on some dresses and styles and came away saying yes to the most beautiful unique dress of my dreams! Donna was so attentive and lovely and we all had such a fun afternoon with lots of laughs. All staff were polite and lovely 😊 thank you for making my day so memorable!

  I visited Rose's Bridal botique today and I am absolutely blown away with their customer service. Donna made me feel so comfortable. She made my bridal party feel all included and we had the most magical experience. She has the most amazing collection of dresses and all are absolutely stunning. I am so happy to say I said yes to the dress. Thank you Rose's Bridal botique for making this day so memorable. Xxx

  The dress was beautiful and beautiful sleeves were added when I asked if this was possible. The fittings carried out went well and I was made to feel comfortable by the seamstress. The dress fitted like a glove of the last fitting. However, should you purchase a dress from here, just be aware that their attention to detail and communication is poor and this is where this team has been given a low rating. Due to this an error their end meant the my hoop under skirt that was sent with my dress was far too large, use of several safety pins to rectify this meant resulting in the dress fastening failing before even making it to the church. I ended up walking down the aisle and sitting throughout the wedding breakfast with my zip keeping on traveling down my back and numerous safety pins having to be replaced, so that I didn't flash to everyone. This was really upsetting and stressful and should never have happened especially as I went for fittings. I rate them 1 star as it has been the way that I have been treated since raising a complaint that is the reason for this. Their communications and way of dealing with complaints is appalling. The director's responses and handling of the situation has been inconsiderate, incorrect in facts and rude. If this was to happen to anyone else, just be mindful of this. A shame really as had this not have happened and I had been treated with respect and dealt a fair decent compensation for their mistake and in recognition for what their mistake meant in terms of the negative impact upset and stress this caused on my wedding day then I would give them a decent rating.

  I am a plus size bride and felt very self conscious about trying on a wedding dress convinced I wanted a Cape to cover everything up and hide behind. Donna gave me all the time I needed tried on several styles chose my dress nothing like I had planned. Felt a million dollars Sophie altered the dress and wow I had a waist. Everything about my experience was exceptional. I can't thank you enough

  Donna and Sophie are so warm and welcoming and instantly make any bride feel at ease. They stock the most exquisite collection of dresses and have a great range of styles to choose from. I found my dress immediately with Donna and Sophie and there care and attention after was brilliant. Fittings were easy (and fun!) and my dress is now being cleaned and boxed up. A fantastic end to end service. Would recommend to any bride. Thank you again.
