Again Ross Stonecraft, I stand by my initial review that your company has chosen to charge the family for a headstone that they do not need or can use because you receive the permit/deed from the grave owner. I am quite aware of the legalities of the deed owner as your shop explained the terms when I visited the store at the time of my brothers funeral. My interactions with your staff led me to conduct my business elsewhere. Now I see that you are still insisting on payment for a headstone that I understand takes 6 to 9 mths to be delivered that you say is already in stock due to the graveholders mistake. The situation has been explained to you over and over again with no avail. A mistake was made and you don't care. We have to pay for a useless headstone that we don't need. Sounds so compassionate to me. I stand by my original statement. You have not helped my family during this trying time. God bless others that choose to use your establishment.

Our family have used Ross Stonecraft twice over the last 5 years and each time they have been superb. Ordering memorial stones for our parents (2018 and 2021) was no easy task but Ross's were kind, understanding, helping us in our choices, advising regards legal paperwork and taking care of it plus sending and answering emails very quickly. (Bearing in mind for our 2nd order, all business was via email) The order turnaround was timed exactly as advised in the paperwork, we didn't feel rushed when we were dithering over our designs and wording (!) and the office staff were excellent in their help, advice and support (Samantha in particular) The final results were more than we had hoped. Ross provide quality service, very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
