We were a family of 18 with a 2yr old, booked in on a mid May Saturday evening. The staff were very attentive, food was very good, my Auntie was made to feel comfortable and not a hindrance with access for wheelchair. We completed a pre-order 7 days in advance and approx 15 mins after arriving, the girls were out from kitchen, calling out a name and placing meal in front of that person. We had a great time with Mada and her team. Mada is a naturally happy person and lights up this restaurant. The food was good and well presented. Prices are very reasonable. If anything they are possibly a tad underpriced. It looks nothing like that terrible picture of the exterior.

Amazing service, the waitress is so pleasant and cheerful, she really can’t do enough for you. lovely, quality food and great portion sizes. Stunning view and very spacious and clean. I cannot praise Rosso's enough! I booked a table for 15 people for a 30th and 13th birthday party. At every stage of the booking they were so friendly, helpful, even to the point of getting birthday balloons for me as we are not from the area. On top of all that, the food was outstanding, so fresh, cooked to order and enormous portions, amazing service. I cannot praise it enough. We had both adults and kids and even the following day everyone was talking about how great the young lady was there and how fantastic the food was - 2 people had the FILET MIGNON and said it was the best they have ever had. Please go to this restaurant, they deserve to be a great success!

Superb food, served in a bright, clean restaurant which has good views over Poole quayside. The meals were all delicious and plates were left clean! Staff are friendly and sufficiently attentive. I will certainly be visiting again with friends and family in the future.
