My daughter bought a house 9 years ago with bespoke bedrooms already fitted by Rothwell and Thomas (they have labels inside) so no idea how old they avtually are. We have just done a makeover in grand daughter's bedroom and needed some spare parts that I couldn't find on the web so I cold contacted the company by phone for advice and they not only helped by giving advice they gave us the parts and refused payment. . Result - Makeover finished, 7 year old grand daughter happy. They made it clear the parts were not very expensive but it was such a kind and unexpected gesture that I felt the need to write this totally unsolicited feedback.
