Ordered 3 orbis 1 Dura spa Feb 2021 Told would be ready end April Took till early June to be told they was ready to collect complete Got there to find 2 lids missing and a second hand Dura spa put on my van After numerous conversations with Lee? To be told the tubs are with hmrc so I take it not 1 rotaspa has been sent out since mine I find it hard to believe???? Yet another sales ploy the lid I actually got didn't even fit the tub and after sending pictures still no reply not that I expected it Told my replacement Dura spa will be with eerily August what a joke could be october But hey Lee has no time scale in his brain. Just give you a date and hope you are OK with this My day going to collect it was a total wast to be it was all ready to vollect They was trying to charge me 500 to get it delivered so I've put my point forward to claim 500 back for a wasted journey Stay well clear of this company God knows how they have got to where they are. Maybe taking too many orders on that they can't fullfil Still Wating for md to get in touch My reviews are a honest opinion of this company so love to hear there response from the md Do not use

Hot tub has been great and perfect for my needs but DO NOT buy spares from Rotaspa as their mark up is down right outrageous. For example a replacement Venturi Air control (which I have had to replace about 4 times now on hire tubs) is £37 from Rotospa yet I can buy them online (using the part number sticker they left on the replacement product) for less than £10. Filters are a very similar experience. Good tubs, rip off in terms of parts.

From initial questions i had pre purchase about what extras i may need to the fabulous couple of lads that turned up on the day to install to my post purchase questions about making sure i was managing the water treatment correctly, nothing seemed too much trouble - would highly recommend.
