Phoned for a taxi an hour before to pick me up from work at 10 past the hour but didn't turn up until 27 minutes past the hour. Definitely won't be using them again as I needed it for the time they agreed to. Not great service. I may as well of saved £5 and got the bus and got back sooner with unlimited travel all day. Definitely better taxies that are punctual. Great driver and most likely not his fault as the depo should of made sure they had a driver to stick to the time they agreed to. My reply to their reply is that they wasn't bothered at all when I rang them them otherwise the person that organised it should of paid my fare to the driver to compensate for the issue they coused myself. Busses can be late but at least they have an understanding for their customers that rely on their service and had compensation for more than what I paid unlike these that understand their paycheck only.
