My girlfriend waited 8 months for a phone appointment which never came, she phoned up to ask what had happened and they stuck her on another 8 month waiting list. The lady she spoke to on the phone asked her to hurry up so she could hang up.

I went to the department on 3/05/2023 at 13.15 and I asked the reception to check for me if they have got the referral letter from my GP as it was out of trust and I already lost one year chance of having a baby because of the letters which never been sent or received between two trusts. It would take 2 mins to check as I got the hard copy of letter with me as well and she just needed to see they got the letter or not but she said that she is busy and didn’t even bother to put my MRN number and check. So disappointing!!!

Over 40 minutes on the phone waiting. I called this hospital as it was the only one who has over 4 stars. When I called and ask the gynaecologist department and asked me what hospital. She didn't even bother to answer and let me know I'll be transfered. Very disappointed what a shame to be in UK and not having someone who attends you for you health. What I am supposed to do now ? Where goes all our taxes ?
