How vile are these people! I gave them 4 new pairs of trousers to be dry cleaned to rid them of the perfume (from the shop) as I am extremely sensitive. What do they do - wash them and then SOAK them in highly perfumed fabric softener!! The label says dry clean only and I expressly asked them to do just that! And then they lied and said the dry cleaning machine has a fabric softener dispenser at the back! What a crock! To avoid vasovagal syncope I couldn't keep these so thanks for nothing.

Managed to have a good chat with a member of staff as she saw my motorbike community jumper I was wearing, had a good chat for 10mins or so, I only went in to drop off a shirt! You don’t get many people who actually chat and interact with their customers outside of serving them

AMAZING! I don't know why I haven't come here to get my clothes altered sooner! As a short woman a lot of off the rack clothes are too long (particularly trousers), so when I found a pair of smart trousers I LOVED, there was no way I was going to let the length of them make me return them, so I brought them here. The staff are friendly and I was measured in less than 5 minutes and told I could collect them the next day. Super happy with how they fit now and only cost me £8! I'll certainly be back with more clothes to be adjusted! Highly recommend! Service: Clothing alterations & repairs
