We visited for the first time on Saturday, and had the best time. The selection of drinks (particularly whiskies) is almost mind-blowing, in the best possible way. However, it's the attentiveness, friendliness, and amazing knowledge of Alex, that really gets this 5 stars. From the moment we walked into the bar, Alex gave us the best service, and a large amount of his time, despite him being busy. We really enjoyed talking with Alex, finding out more about the hotel, the bar, the whiskies and Alex himself. We tried some well-crafted cocktails, and some whiskies I had never heard of...a really perfect experience
