A big thank you to S & D Banks who installed a lovely new bathroom for my mum in her flat. They were very reliable, did what they said they would do and were unfailingly polite. In particular, Suzanne in the office was a delight to work with and followed up on every request. What was especially impressive was their after care. Like most projects, there were a couple of glitches which S & D Banks went over and above to address.

Very poor service. Given a time slot, to be called 15mins in to cancel due to sickness. I accept this happens, however, had I not just seen the van drive past my house, slow down, check the number then drive off I would have accepted it. Clearly they didn't fancy the job. Total waste of my time.

I have dealt with S&D Banks for a number of years with several of my properties. They can handle small repairs and full refurbs. They are efficient, courteous and very trustworthy. Always on time and they do a splendid job. They have recently changed their work around to sort out one of my tenanted properties for me and have just completed a new bathroom for me at home, which I am very pleased with. If you need a local, plumber, S&D Banks are highly recommended. They have a very nice lady who deals with their admin for them. When she says she will call back, she calls back unlike some companies!
