I have a ring I’ve worn since the late 1980s. Recently I had it resized at a local jewellers in Basingstoke. My troubles then began. It broke twice after and then started fragmenting. The Basingstoke jeweller reluctantly repaired it but to no avail. The gold was flaking off and it broke again. So I took it to Riordans for a second opinion. I feared it was done for good. They were fantastic! Immediately identifying the issue and effected a perfect repair on my cherished ring that I thought was broken for good. I’m writing this five months after they repaired it and it’s still holding strong. I’m so grateful and as an added bonus they are such lovely people to deal with. I’m seldom moved to give recommendations, still less likely to give a five star recommendation, but these guys merit it through and through. Thanks guys, I really appreciate your resurrection of my old ring!

Very disappointed after being recommended from a family member to use this shop. When trying to arrange an appointment to go in and design a wedding band to fit around my engagement ring, I was shown very little customer service as I was spoken to abruptly and he was extremely rude! I was very shocked and upset at the service I had been given, given that it’s got very high reviews on customer service! Sad really as I would have liked to use this business that I was recommended.
