    Phoned first thing in the morning. I am a private patient, was told that I would have a phone consultation. By 1pm I am still waiting. I've had to take the day off from my course, which I wouldn't have done if I wasn't so concerned about my tooth.

    Visited for a check up for the first time since November 2019! Had been following the dentists instructions on cleaning my teeth and so fortunately I only needed a clean. One way system in place. Can't just walk in, you have to ring the bell and wait outside. Any bags are put into a box in reception and not taken into the dentists room. The dentist and assistant are masked. There is a screen at reception desk,so as much done as possible for the safety of staff and clients

    Hi I came to the dentist two years ago and asking to register but the black Nigerian woman at the reception she was very rude and aggressive with me and my kids and I felt discouraged by her ton of voice I really left questioning my self why is this women behaving like this.
