After bouncing around from hairdresser to hairdresser, I am so pleased I finally found Katherine at SOTA. She always cuts my hair brilliantly and I get so many compliments on my hair after it is done. Love going there it is so welcoming and friendly and it is great to have a hairdresser that doesn't complain how quick my hair dries and that it is thin amd tricky to cut. I had been put off hairdressers and had stopped enjoying having my haircut, it had become a real chore and something that was a necessity and not enjoyable until I discovered SOTA. Massive massive thank you. Xx

Had my hair coloured and cut today by Reeny. She was incredible and worked so hard to meet my wishes and managed to do such a beautiful job with a very difficult head of hair to begin with 🤣 Reeny listened to what I wanted and managed to come up with her own solution to achieve such a gorgeous finish. She was friendly and VERY talented at her job. 100% would recommend this place, very good vibes here. Services: Blowouts, Hair coloring

Very disappointing experience. Sat down for a cut but was told that nothing could be done until my second or third visit as they wanted my hair to grow for another 6 weeks (I hadn't cut it for about 2 years at this stage. Not sure what 6 weeks would have done) so they gave a very slight trim to the back of my hair then I was promptly asked to pay and I ended up leaving with my hair still wet and barely trimmed. At the time I thought I had paid £13 pounds but when I returned home to find I'd paid £30 for essentially a less than 10 minute cut I called to politely request a partial refund considering I was told that nothing could be done until the 2nd visit. The owner Giovanni promptly denied the request. I have been to many barbers and hair salons, some that charge much less and some that charge much more but I have never felt as ripped off as I have with my visit to SOTA. There is clearly an emphasis on encouraging repeat visits from the staff essentially charging thrice the price over time for what could have been one cut. My hair looks exactly the same as before I went in to SOTA but I'm £30 poorer. I'll be visiting a better establishment to have a proper cut instead.
