I was introduced to Chris Holmes of SPF in the midst of the recession where every lender was saying no. Instantly struck by the professional but still personable approach I was offered a number of options within days. I genuinely haven't look back and all my mortgages both personal and BTL are in the safe hands of Chris. The simplicity of process reduces the amount of form filling (my pet hate) and the support staff behind Chris and the team are just as courteous and professional (and I can be quite demanding!).
