We have used Smith & Sons twice in the last 2 months for luxury vinyl purchases and installation in a number of rooms in our home. The service from quote to completion is superb. They arrive when agreed, invoice accurately with no hidden extras, the installation team are friendly and fantastic. The finish is amazing and we cannot recommend this business enough. We will definitely use them for carpets to complete our home too later this year. So much better than the bigger retail suppliers out there who don’t even fit their own products themselves. We run a pub and had a fair sized 'commercial' grade carpet and an area of laminate flooring laid in our dining room and food service area as part of a recent insurance claim following a heating oil spillage. Not only are we very pleased with the result, but the guys doing the job were all very helpful, cheerful and personable, and worked tidily and arrived when they said they would arrive.
