We were pointed in the direction of Sabur from another one of our suppliers after a terrible experience with another UV printer. 12 months on we are very happy with the printer as well as the completely honest answers and service given. These guys won't sell you something that won't do the job you require. July 2020 We've now bought our second printer from Sabur and the service has been great once more. July 2021 Faced with the task of moving to a new premises and having large machines to shift, Sabur were able to make things go smoothly with some unique moving equipment that made just going around the corner smoother than several blokes sweating and heaving something up the road and probably dropping it. Within a few hours we had it moved and re-calibrated by Sabur's engineers so we could get back to printing.

Really helpful and friendly company. I called Dean with my requirements for a print and cut solution which he was able to advise and provide a suitable printer. Joe came and delivered the machine, completed the full installation to get the printer up and running. Joe also spent time on training to ensure I can use the printer, really good customer service for a beginner. After care service is excellent, always at the end of the phone if I have any questions. I will be using Sabur for future requirements. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service! Joe contacted me straight away when i enquired about a demo and got me booked straight in at a time that suited me in the evening time even after they had closed for the day which was appreciated! Very friendly guys and helpful with my MANY questions. Ordered the machine and they delivered when i needed it with no hassle. Andy provided basic training for me at my workshop and when i was unsure on some things, Joe then came out again within a couple of days to spend a couple more hours with me getting me to a stage where i was confident enough to play around on the printer and experiment with it a little more and get it right. Excellent service and very professional company. Best decision i have made for my business! Would highly recommend and use this company again for future equipment purchases!

The guys came to move us to a new location last week. 8 huge machines and some 'bits' which was just an added extra. Dean came to assess and completely put my mind at rest. Keith has been amazing in helping us to sort out the power supply at the new location. The day before the move Harvey, Keith and Will turned up and were so professional and helpful and set everything up ready to go. On the day of the move they all came together with Lee and the hiab company to take control and make what was a very daunting move, straightforward, well managed and actually quite stress free. I can't thank them enough for all their efforts and help and they have a customer for life.

Sabur were pass on to me by another print reseller, i cant fault them at all there service was amazing. We went to see Joe for a demo and after many cups of tea and many sample prints the deal was done, we purchased a Roland VG2 540. Our install was a tricky one as we had to take down a few walls to get the printer in, Sabur were very patience on the day and there after. Sales have be great, I cannot fault Joe or the team.
