Great store. Very helpful staff. I was few minutes in the store and everyone asked me if I need a help and this was despite I was served already and while I was waiting for goods from storeroom. I was also offered a water to drink as it was warm day outside.

Very friendly customer service. The sale associate was very patient and polite, as I was comparing the Kate bag for which colour I wanted. They also were able to find me a blue clutch that I could not find anywhere in the USA. I think I will save my shopping for my UK trips, much better service than at home.
