Very disappointed with the food for sams Kingsbury as I asked for hot peri peri wings and they have served boiled wings this have happens second time form the same place and after speaking to them over the phone they are like that how they serve and was very rude. I have been eating from sams for 4 year from different place and this is not the same. I could have sent the photo but the system don’t. Very disappointed I would t recommend anyone to get food from there.

We ordered 3 meals and spicy fries . We checked our food bag with no spicy fries. We spent £30 didn’t give our order correctly. They were rude because the employees saying they were nice and all but I strongly request you guys not to go there please.

Waiting from at least last 15 min. to PLACE THE ORDER ITSELF. None of the staff member comes in front to receive the order. It is a busy store that’s understandable but at-least taking customer’s order should be a priority.

After a hard day's work again Sams messed up my easy order. I got home again! And I don't have my peri fries.! Who wants to come home after paying for what they ordered, and half of the order is missing after the staff said it's all there.!
