Terrible new pricing system with no £ prices on any of the labels. You see a coloured circle on the label and have to cross reference this with a chart either on the wall or from a sheet given to you, in order to work out how much the item costs. What's more the £20 price is a silver circle on the label but grey or the chart so that doesn't make sense. I understand that each price represents what the charity can use the money for but it's a very customer unfriendly and confusing way of pricing things up. Won't be going back.

There are plenty of fantastic charity shops around but this isn't one of them. I donate a lot to charity and also volunteer, but after dealing with Helen, there is no way I'll donate or help these. She is not a nice person to deal with at all. I'll happily carry on helping other charities and avoid Helen like the plague.
