This pullover was bought in France arround 100 euros. It falled apart after it has only been used a very few times. I thought the manufacturer would help in this case. But no : "we not able to able to compensate for a product which has not been purchased directly on our website or in one of our stores." I would not advise this brand.

I had a brilliant experience at Samsøe & Samsøe on Beak Street in London. The customer service rep kindly put my selection of clothes on hold for the night as my card didn't work, so I couldn't pay for them when I wanted to. I came back the next day and I was able to make the purchase. I really appreciated her putting the goods on hold for me and appreciated her welcoming customer service style.
