Cannot fault the quality of the products. My blinds which were fitted a couple of weeks ago are great, no complaints. The lady in the office is unbelievably abrupt/verging on rude shame because the salesman and fitters were very nice and informative.

Placed an order value circa £2k for blinds & shutters. 1 blind made to wrong measurement so delayed fitting of both. Fitter turned up with only 1 blind as they thought we’d already had one fitted., resolved following day. When due to have shutters fitted couldn’t complete job as pins missing on hinges. Job completed week later. Product quality is fine but expensive, no problems with fitment. Expected better service, these issues should not have happened, lack lustre response from General Manager who offered an insulting so called ‘goodwill’ gesture. Have other windows to cover but won’t be using this company
